These components include:
The single phase, stacked core Isolation Transformer with electrostatic shield is designed for low leakage and quiet operation, single input voltage and dual secondary voltage.
Primary voltage — 208, 220, 240, 277 or 480.
Secondary voltage —110, 120, 208, 220 or 240.
The self-testing, self-calibrating PG LIFELINK Mark IV Line Isolation Monitor offers continuous monitoring with non-switching circuitry, as well as low monitor hazard current of 25 microamps, a 5 milliamp alarm point and sensitivity to LIM "loss of ground". For more information, refer to the Line Isolation Monitor section.
In accordance with code requirements, we use two-pole Circuit Breaker Panels. The panel houses the primary main circuit breaker and up to 16 secondary breakers with a secondary 120 volt main.
The Branch Signal Terminal Blocks are supplied for the connection of remote signal conductors if required.
208 volt Secondary Circuit Breaker, two 2-pole 208 volt. Specify amperage required.
The Ground Bus is used for connection of all internal and branch ground conductors.
Notes
- Box will be made of galvanized steel in accordance with UL Standard 50.
- Bolt-in chassis fastens to rear of box.
- Front will be fabricated of 12 GA., type 304, stainless steel and finished with a #4 satin polish.
- Branch circuit wiring to be low leakage type XHHW.
- Annunciator wires to be 18 THHN or equal.

- Receptacles 120 volt, 20 amp duplex hospital grade.
- Receptacle 208 volt, specify amperage and NEMA configuration.
- Ground Jack 30 amp.
